Breathwork & Meditation

Breathing is one of the most important things we can do for our bodies. We can go days without eating or drinking, but only a few minutes without breathing. Our bodies even breathe for us while we’re asleep. Breathwork is one of the best ways to connect the body and the mind to begin to change your mental and emotional state.

Meditation is a practice that involves shifting your focus and your thoughts. Meditation allows you to begin to relax, reduce stress, and improve concentration. There are many different types of meditation: focusing on the breath, movement, mindfulness, visualization, body scan, mantra or sound. Determine which one works best for your event.

Sound Healing

Sound creates an anchor for the mind to focus on, which helps to block out other distractions. Sound frequencies allow the mind to drop into lower states of consciousness, creating an internal environment for the body and mind to begin to heal itself. With many different types of instruments and purposes, we will create a sound healing experience designed specifically for your event.
