Winter Glow: A Candlelit Sound Bath

Join Maria & Kristy for a surround sound bath inside at the Rabkin Japanese Gardens. Feel free to come early, have some tea, and explore the gardens. Then, enjoy a sound bath from crystal singing bowls and chimes coming from all sides of the room. The perfect pick me up to help you get away from the dark and cold.

Join myself, YogaSix Wexford, and Venture Outdoors for a free community sound bath inside the Rose Barn at North Park. Slow down and relax as the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes wash over you.

Build a Strong Foundation

If you flow through class and ever wonder, “Am I actually doing this pose right?” – here’s a workshop for you. We’ll move through the most common yoga poses slowly and intentionally, breaking each one down to explore alignment, muscle engagement, and how the pose is meant to feel. By slowing down, you’ll build muscle memory and nervous system awareness so you can move with greater confidence and safety in any yoga class.

Soften into Spring Sound Bath

Gently transition out of the heaviness of a cold winter into a new season. With guided meditation and sound begin to release tension, soften winter layers, and reconnect with your new natural rhythm. Allow your nervous system to thaw in its own time. A quiet warming. A subtle opening. A steady return to light. 

Mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye masks provided. Please feel free to bring any personal comfort items.
